Check Availability: Start by contacting us@van-go.org or calling 785-842-3797 to check for availability.
Reserve Your Spot: Sign our rental contract and submit the $250 non-refundable deposit.
Finalize Payment: Pay the remaining balance at least 15 days before your event.
Host Your Event: Enjoy the Gallery during your reserved rental period. Setup & teardown must be included in your rental time.
Clean Up & Close Up: Leave the space as you found it. Additional fees may apply for damage, cleaning, or overtime use.
Additional Information:
– Van Go’s gallery is 50ft x 37ft and accommodates 72 guests.
– An attached kitchen is also available for use at an additional fee.
– Rental rate includes limited number of tables and chairs. Inquire for details.
– A Van Go staff member will be on-call for your event. They will unlock the gallery for you and lock up after your event concludes.
– All events must comply with Van Go policies and local laws.
