Rent Our Space

 

Van Go is a great space to host your event as we offer various options to accommodate your needs. Below is a list of options and we encourage you to reach out to us with any questions.

All rentals are booked by contacting us@van-go.org.
Please note we do not  have the capacity to host weddings at this time.

Gallery                   $150/hour
Gallery+Kitchen      $200/hour

 

Check Availability: Start by contacting us@van-go.org or calling 785-842-3797 to check for availability. 
Reserve Your Spot:
Sign our rental contract and submit the $250 non-refundable deposit.
Finalize Payment:
Pay the remaining balance at least 15 days before your event. 
Host Your Event: 
Enjoy the Gallery during your reserved rental period. Setup & teardown must be included in your rental time. 
Clean Up & Close Up:
Leave the space as you found it. Additional fees may apply for damage, cleaning, or overtime use.

Additional Information:
– Van Go’s gallery is 50ft x  37ft and accommodates 72 guests.
– An attached kitchen is also available for use at an additional fee.
– Rental rate includes limited number of tables and chairs. Inquire for details.
– A Van Go staff member will be on-call for your event. They will unlock the gallery for you and lock up after your event concludes.
– All events must comply with Van Go policies and local laws.
