Each Year JAMS Apprentice-Artists are matched with local businesses and agencies to create custom art benches. Clients are chosen for their willingness to publicly display their benches and to consult with their apprentice-artist in the design process. If you are interested in becoming a bench client, please contact Van Go.

Spring JAMS, Mural Project:
Van Go has unveiled the 2007 Spring JAMS Mural, commissioned by Hill's Pet Nutrition. Twenty JAMS Apprentice-Artists, ages
14-18, worked for eight weeks on a pet inspired mural. The mural has been installed at Hill's headquarters in downtown Topeka.
Spring JAMS Art Unveiling will takes place during Lawrence's Earth Day Collection.
Fall Life JAMS, Mural Project:
Van Go has unveiled a Life JAMS mural commissioned by Zarco 66, 1415 W. 6th
in Lawrence. The mural, "Pathways and Portals," depicts a timeline of
pioneering land travel as it relates to the history and development of
Lawrence. It was completed by four Life JAMS youth, who braved the elements
in Fall 2006 to create the artwork on an outdoor concrete wall.
