Each Year JAMS Apprentice-Artists are matched with local businesses and agencies to create custom art benches. Clients are chosen for their willingness to publicly display their benches and to consult with their apprentice-artist in the design process. Adornment
Let’s set the scene: wildly decorated warehouse and gallery….tons of unique art pieces made by JAMS artists…..200(at least) guests……food and drink…….what is it? Adornment! Van Go’s ‘Adornment’ art show has become their biggest sale all year. With the ever rotating inventory, every year is a must see! Always held the Saturday after Thanksgiving, ‘Adornment’ celebrates Van Go’s young artists and invites the community to join! Free event, open to the public! Prices start at $3.
Have A Heart
Similar to ‘Adornment’ in many ways, the ‘Have a Heart’ show is held every February before Valentine’s Day. This show always has a Valentine’s flair, and is a great place to find unique art at great prices. Super JAMS artists, artists who exemplify skill and punctuality during the regular JAMS sessions, are hired to make art for Have a Heart. Shop for your sweetie here! Proceeds benefit Van Go programs.
